Laurie Dubow is the Co-Broker of one of our Luxury Divisions, Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC, as well as Co-Broker of our Commercial Division Signature Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Laurie brings a unique perspective to the current Real Estate Market. Along with her extensive Real Estate and Mortgage expertise, she has a 20 year background in counseling, with a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and a Post-Masters in Business Administration.
As the founder and owner of the full service Real Estate Company, Paradise Realty International, LLC, Laurie merged her Real Estate Brokerage with the Signature Real Estate Companies in September of 2014, forming the Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC and one of our referral divisions, Signature Paradise Realty Associates, LLC. This marriage has created the best of both worlds, offering the opportunity to continue providing the personalized “Concierge Service” that she has become known for while utilizing the infrastructure of the expansive Signature Real Estate Companies. The result has become a true Real Estate Concierge, and we are very proud of the work that we do.
A Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Mortgage Broker, Laurie acquired her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation as well as her (REOS) Real Estate Owned Specialist Designation in order to better navigate through the challenges of our current market. This training included instruction on how to perform a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) or Letter of Opinion of Value, which she has utilized in her extensive experience testifying in court as an expert witness regarding the value of homes and circumstances surrounding the sale of homes. She is a published author of more than 20 articles on a variety of current real estate and mortgage topics, and is currently the Real Estate Editor of Attorney at Law Magazine.
In addition to helping her customers consider their housing options, and mentoring her Team of over 20 REALTORS®, Laurie is often asked to give workshops and speak to organizations on a myriad of Real Estate related topics.
Specializing in working with couples going through divorce and individuals going through other types of life transitions, she was the sole Real Estate and Mortgage presenter for 4 years at a monthly workshop entitled “Second Saturday: What Women Need to Know About Divorce”, where she was referred to as the
"Real Estate and Mortgage Expert". Other related projects have included being the speaker at the Divorce Expo, and a guest on two internet TV shows, Divorce Connection Network and Good Karma Designs.
Laurie’s presentation and perspective of “the Emotional, Psychological, and Financial Factors to Consider When Deciding Whether or Not to Stay In Your Home” is the culmination of over 35 years of experience. She is uniquely qualified to help customers, REALTORS®, and other professionals understand and analyze Real Estate options and achieve goals through real estate and mortgage restructuring, and follow through with a plan that best suits individual needs and circumstances. Known as a "Real Estate Concierge", Laurie's mission is to coordinate each transaction in order to reduce the stress and make the process as easy as possible.
Lilah was born and raised in Be’er Sheva Israel. She served as a Sergeant in the Israeli Defense Forces where she gained her leadership skills. She moved to the United States right after her army service. Lilah’s is the first in her family to move to the United States. She graduated from Lynn University Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Graphics. She began studying medicine and logged in countless hours as a volunteer in the surgery room and emergency room at Delray Medical Center. After careful consideration, she wanted to combine her creativity, people skills and business sense into a real estate career. She always had passion for real estate, from deal making to administration and most importantly, taking excellent care of her clients. Lilah is passionate about helping others and the art of making deals happen. Jill Finder’s professional background includes having served as an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Associate General Counsel of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (the regulatory organization that oversees the municipal securities market), and Senior Vice President of Business Development for Natcore Technology Inc. (a solar research & development company). Her work included drafting, reviewing and negotiating a myriad of contracts, providing guidance on regulatory matters, developing policy initiatives, dispute resolution, and advising boards of directors on strategic planning and business solutions.
Jill grew up in South Florida and has deep roots here. After living and working in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for a number of years, she returned to South Florida in 2012 and began her career in the real estate industry, which includes having served as the Corporate Counsel of The Signature Real Estate Companies in Boca Raton. She is a licensed Realtor®, and a Member of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches as well as the National Association of Realtors® and Florida Realtors®.

Katie Goldberg is an ambitious member of the Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC team in Boca Raton, who decided to pursue her passion for real estate after practicing law for six years. Jodi came to Florida in 1982 to attend the University of Miami and obtain her Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business. Upon graduating she accepted a position as a Consultant with Arthur Anderson. After a couple of years she decided that she wanted to obtain a position in IT with a local company rather than constantly move from one client to another. Jodi ended up running the IT department for a dynamic real estate company, Radice Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Jodi has sold educational and IT solutions to the Fortune 500. She has been a resident of Boca Raton for 33 years, and all three of her children were born and raised there.

Jodi is President of Tropical Precision Lawns which specializes in professional commercial, residential, and HOA Landscape Maintenance and Management. Tropical Precision Lawn’s managing partner is Robin Goodell , Jodi’s husband who has over 27 years of experience as a Class A Golf Course Superintendent managing country club properties.
Jodi enjoys the south Florida lifestyle, and is an avid boater, loves art, cooking, giving back to the community, her daughter’s horse Reggie, and taking long walks with her dog Trooper.
Real Estate has become a way for me to express my passion and take pride in helping people find their way home. As a first-generation immigrant to the United States from Trinidad and Tobago, a mother of three, a wife and a career-oriented woman, I’ve had to balance building my family, obtaining my degrees, and starting my business in a new country. I know what it means to build a life, raise a family, launch a career, and then start all over in a new country. That sense of discovery paired with determination and desire for accomplishment drove me to do my best and my best is what I strive to deliver to my clients.
My life has been a lifelong journey that has prepared me for the world I have now embarked upon. As I began my career, being an Accountant taught me the value of finance and analytics, which I believe is the foundation that allows me to confidently support my clients when making one of the largest financial decisions of their life. My decade-long entrepreneurial endeavors with McDonald’s Restaurants as Franchisee, taught me how to serve customers’ needs and is the foremost priority in any business, which means my clients will always come first. Finally, my pursuit of an MBA in Marketing has provided me with the tools I need to be successful in achieving results in the real estate industry; this I believe is the difference between being a listing agent, and actually delivering results for my clients.
While my professional and academic careers have positioned me for success in this field, success is defined not by what you achieve, but by what you do with those achievements. In that regard, this is best illustrated by my participation with the global volunteer network, Soroptimist of Boca Raton/ Deerfield chapter, and my advocacy and support of the Human Trafficking Coalition of the Palm Beaches. While both impact the lives of many individuals, my goal is to help and contribute towards the improvement of lives for women and girls worldwide, through education, awareness and advocacy.

Farida has been a Florida resident for over 15 years. With a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a professional background in credit repair and accounting, Farida provides her clients a combination of skills that connect buyers and sellers quickly with an attention to detail that ensures a smooth transaction. Farida lives in East Boca Raton with her husband and two daughters; enjoys painting, yoga, and spending time exploring all that South Florida has to offer with her family.
Robert is passionate about details. Actually, it’s more like details, data, and digital marketing. In his youth it led him to join the Peace Corps, learn more than a bit of Russian, and build a team of local IT professionals to create an internet commerce portal to increase agricultural trade between the former republics of the Soviet Union. 15 years ago, he combined all three passions to meticulously research every spot in the United States based on climate and cost of living. That project resulted in he, his wife Farida Morris (also a Realtor with Signature Paradise!), and his two daughters moving from Chicago to East Boca Raton Florida before enduring another winter. Thrilled with every aspect of South Florida he designed websites for local realtors until he returned to an executive marketing role – this time supporting independent investors with tools to identify and analyze commercial real estate opportunities.
Robert’s mantra is that details, data, and digital marketing result in peace of mind for both buyers and sellers in either retail or commercial real estate transactions. When listing a home, he works with his clients to determine the top competitive advantages to create a target market for PPC and social media advertising. When helping investors locate a property that meets their requirements, he relies on data mining combined with extensive proforma analysis refined over decades to zero in on the best opportunities.
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Business, Robert spends his free time exploring all that South Florida offers with his wife and daughters.
Mark Resnick, had been a school psychologist for over 37 years, the last 11 years serving as School Psychologist Coordinator for a large school system in Maryland. He received his MA degree from Loyola College in Clinical Psychology and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Kansas in Developmental and Child Psychology. In 1989, Mark was elected to the Board of the Maryland School Psychologists’ Association (MSPA) and served as its President, during the 1991-1992 school year. Mark served as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for MSPA for over 11 years and was committed to advancing the standards of the profession of school psychology in Maryland. He has represented MSPA on the Governor’s Task Force on Alternative Educational Programs for Chronically Disruptive Students from 1999-2000 and served on the Prince George’s County Juvenile Court and School Safety Work Group from 2013-2014. On a national level, Mark has served the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) on the Convention Committee since 2004 and as co-chair of the Professional Growth Committee from 2006-2010. During this time, he coordinated the NASP Speaker’s Bureau and served as a reviewer for the NASP Approved Provider Program. He was also an Editorial Reviewer for Best Practices in School Psychology IV in 2002. Mark was nominated twice for the MSPA Outstanding Educator’s Award in 2014 and 2015. He received the National Association of School Psychologists’ President’s Award in 2008 for his work on the Professional Growth Committee. In 2017, Mark was voted as a Distinguished member of MSPA for his years of service to the organization and to the students of Maryland. Mark retired in October of 2017 from the Maryland public school system and relocated to Boca Raton, Florida. He became a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida in April of 2018.

Formerly from the Philadelphia area, Jerry set out to start his life in Florida 37 years ago. He landed in the Melbourne area for a few years working in the family furniture business.
Melbourne was a sleepy town back then. Looking for a little more activity, Jerry moved to Deerfield Beach where he met his wife and started a family. They raised 2 children in the area.
The family loves all that south Florida has to offer. So much has changed through the years but, the beautiful weather, beaches, boating, and fishing lifestyle are still great and keep the family in close proximity.
Jerry worked as a muralist and faux finish artist for many years. He’s worked on some of the finest homes in the area with designers creating unique and beautiful spaces.
