Laurie Dubow is the Co-Broker of one of our Luxury Divisions, Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC, as well as Co-Broker of our Commercial Division Signature Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Laurie brings a unique perspective to the current Real Estate Market. Along with her extensive Real Estate and Mortgage expertise, she has a 20 year background in counseling, with a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and a Post-Masters in Business Administration.
As the founder and owner of the full service Real Estate Company, Paradise Realty International, LLC, Laurie merged her Real Estate Brokerage with the Signature Real Estate Companies in September of 2014, forming the Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC and one of our referral divisions, Signature Paradise Realty Associates, LLC. This marriage has created the best of both worlds, offering the opportunity to continue providing the personalized “Concierge Service” that she has become known for while utilizing the infrastructure of the expansive Signature Real Estate Companies. The result has become a true Real Estate Concierge, and we are very proud of the work that we do.
A Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Mortgage Broker, Laurie acquired her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation as well as her (REOS) Real Estate Owned Specialist Designation in order to better navigate through the challenges of our current market. This training included instruction on how to perform a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) or Letter of Opinion of Value, which she has utilized in her extensive experience testifying in court as an expert witness regarding the value of homes and circumstances surrounding the sale of homes. She is a published author of more than 20 articles on a variety of current real estate and mortgage topics, and is currently the Real Estate Editor of Attorney at Law Magazine.
In addition to helping her customers consider their housing options, and mentoring her Team of over 20 REALTORS®, Laurie is often asked to give workshops and speak to organizations on a myriad of Real Estate related topics.
Specializing in working with couples going through divorce and individuals going through other types of life transitions, she was the sole Real Estate and Mortgage presenter for 4 years at a monthly workshop entitled “Second Saturday: What Women Need to Know About Divorce”, where she was referred to as the
"Real Estate and Mortgage Expert". Other related projects have included being the speaker at the Divorce Expo, and a guest on two internet TV shows, Divorce Connection Network and Good Karma Designs.
Laurie’s presentation and perspective of “the Emotional, Psychological, and Financial Factors to Consider When Deciding Whether or Not to Stay In Your Home” is the culmination of over 35 years of experience. She is uniquely qualified to help customers, REALTORS®, and other professionals understand and analyze Real Estate options and achieve goals through real estate and mortgage restructuring, and follow through with a plan that best suits individual needs and circumstances. Known as a "Real Estate Concierge", Laurie's mission is to coordinate each transaction in order to reduce the stress and make the process as easy as possible.
From her exemplary work within the Health Care and Business Development fields to an outstanding record of sales production in the Residential Real Estate marketplace, Julie Brown has become one of Signature’s Florida’s most in-demand agents of choice among today’s South Florida buyers and sellers.
Dedication and a commitment to building long lasting and fulfilling personal relationships on the job have truly defined Julie Brown’s work ethic.
Julie would become a Housing Director for The Department of The Navy, making her an invaluable resource for both solving complex family issues and finding the best homes for servicemen and women.
For nine years, Julie would earn the respect and admiration of her peers as a Top Total Transaction Real Estate Associate and Executive Club member for Weichert, Shannon, Luchs in Bethesda, Maryland. She would receive industry-wide honors as a member of the Washington Associate of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club.
Julie’s nurturing and compassionate approach to mentoring those in need was never more evident in her work in the Mental Health field, helping those who suffered critical physical, emotional and psychological ailments. She would eventually collaborate with her husband as co-Founder of Insight to Recovery, a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient program and her prior Real Estate background would become a huge asset in locating housing for her program patients.
She would successfully transition back into residential Real Estate, joining Signature Florida in the Spring of 2018. Today, Julie continues to be passionate toward developing close business relationships while imparting the knowledge and expertise so necessary to make her client’s dreams come true.
Julie Brown remains a staunch supporter of Women for Excellence of Boca Raton, FL and The National and International Associations of Professional Women. In 2017, she was the recipient of the prestigious Global Society of Empowered Women Award.
Outside of Real Estate, Julie enjoys boating with her husband, creating three dimensional collages and spending quality time with her English Springer Spaniel and King Charles Cavalier.
Jill Glanzer has been a licensed realtor for over 9 years. Her customer service and attention to detail set her apart from other realtors. She has a keen understanding of people which makes her a great negotiator and her thorough follow up leads to smooth transactions. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Jill was a marketing and sales executive specializing in the restaurant industry, telecommunications and international education in Miami and New York City. Due to her experience, she is able to create unique marketing campaigns for listings both in print and online. In addition, she thoroughly enjoys researching properties and she has a great understanding of property values. Jill lives in East Boca Raton with her husband and two children and enjoys running, fitness, cooking and spending time with her family.
Katie Goldberg is an ambitious member of the Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC team in Boca Raton, who decided to pursue her passion for real estate after practicing law for six years. Katie understands that the purchase, sale, and renting of real estate is one of the biggest decisions and investments in a person’s life, and with that in mind, earns the confidence and trust of clients by respecting their time, money, and specific real estate needs and goals.
Following a successful first year selling over $1 million in real estate, Katie earned the prestigious Star Award from the Signature Real Estate Companies. She has also earned a five star rating on Zillow.com through her clients’ personal endorsements.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Katie became a successful litigator in south Florida. She utilizes the skills acquired and honed during her legal practice and dedicates herself full time to exceptional client service and an unwavering commitment to hard work and professionalism. Thoroughly understanding the technical side to real estate transactions and the art of negotiating, Katie also focuses on the more “human” side by building relationships through communication, listening, patience, attention to detail, and accountability, which are critical to an optimal real estate experience.
Katie resides in Boca Raton with her husband, Mitch, who is a tax and corporate transactional attorney, and their new son, Mikey. She participates in her community in a variety of ways, and enjoys volunteering with Jewish Federation and other charitable endeavors. Keeping active in the legal community, Katie continues to be involved with the South Palm Beach County Bar and other legal organizations. The balance of her time is spent with family and friends, all things Disney, cruising, cooking, jogging, swimming, and south Florida/UCF/UF sports.

Jodi came to Florida in 1982 to attend the University of Miami and obtain her Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business. Upon graduating she accepted a position as a Consultant with Arthur Anderson. After a couple of years she decided that she wanted to obtain a position in IT with a local company rather than constantly move from one client to another. Jodi ended up running the IT department for a dynamic real estate company, Radice Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Jodi has sold educational and IT solutions to the Fortune 500. She has been a resident of Boca Raton for 33 years, and all three of her children were born and raised there.
Jodi is a REALTOR with Signature Paradise Realty International, LLC, The Signature Real Estate Companies’ boutique luxury division. She is proud to be part of this exceptional real estate team, and takes tremendous pride in being a true “Real Estate Concierge”.
Jodi is President of Tropical Precision Lawns which specializes in professional commercial, residential, and HOA Landscape Maintenance and Management. Tropical Precision Lawn’s managing partner is Robin Goodell , Jodi’s husband who has over 27 years of experience as a Class A Golf Course Superintendent managing country club properties.
Jodi enjoys the south Florida lifestyle, and is an avid boater, loves art, cooking, giving back to the community, her daughter’s horse Reggie, and taking long walks with her dog Trooper.
Real Estate has become a way for me to express my passion and take pride in helping people find their way home. As a first-generation immigrant to the United States from Trinidad and Tobago, a mother of three, a wife and a career-oriented woman, I’ve had to balance building my family, obtaining my degrees, and starting my business in a new country. I know what it means to build a life, raise a family, launch a career, and then start all over in a new country. That sense of discovery paired with determination and desire for accomplishment drove me to do my best and my best is what I strive to deliver to my clients.
My life has been a lifelong journey that has prepared me for the world I have now embarked upon. As I began my career, being an Accountant taught me the value of finance and analytics, which I believe is the foundation that allows me to confidently support my clients when making one of the largest financial decisions of their life. My decade-long entrepreneurial endeavors with McDonald’s Restaurants as Franchisee, taught me how to serve customers’ needs and is the foremost priority in any business, which means my clients will always come first. Finally, my pursuit of an MBA in Marketing has provided me with the tools I need to be successful in achieving results in the real estate industry; this I believe is the difference between being a listing agent, and actually delivering results for my clients.
While my professional and academic careers have positioned me for success in this field, success is defined not by what you achieve, but by what you do with those achievements. In that regard, this is best illustrated by my participation with the global volunteer network, Soroptimist of Boca Raton/ Deerfield chapter, and my advocacy and support of the Human Trafficking Coalition of the Palm Beaches. While both impact the lives of many individuals, my goal is to help and contribute towards the improvement of lives for women and girls worldwide, through education, awareness and advocacy.
To sum up myself in three words, I would say I’m grateful, passionate, and different, all qualities I believe are important to a successful real estate career. I will always have my clients’ interest at heart. I commit to working hard every day, ensuring that my clients understand their options, and receive my “concierge service”, so that they can find their home in Paradise!
A native Ny'er who fell in love with South Florida, Jill 's business approach is listening and putting her customers needs first and is passionate about making your real estate transaction as smooth as possible. Jill is an animal lover who enjoys going to the movies, the gym and the beach, she states her greatest accomplishment is being a mom to her rescue dog.
Wei Su joined Signature Paradise International Realty in March 2015. She believes that her unique background and skills would be of value to Signature, as she wishes to consolidate my experience in the service of a firm with a clear dynamism and growth trajectory.
Wei is also a Mandarin-speaking attorney, and Member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bars. With post-graduate education on four continents, including special studies in European Law and International Media Law at Oxford University in the UK; Chinese Law at the Chinese University of Political Science and Law; Accounting (CPA) at Australia’s Deakin University; a Master of Journalism at Sheffield University in the UK; Economics at McGill University and pre-doctoral Statistics and Marketing at Concordia University in Canada; as well as Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation at California’s Southwestern Law School, she has a broad immersion in international legal, business and cultural issues.
Wei’s international business experience spans a multi-year tenure as Founding CEO and Director of American Apparel China, a subsidiary of the largest clothing manufacturer in the US, with 270 stores worldwide. She independently handled the regulatory procedures to establish the company, conducted the retail site searches in nine Chinese cities, plus Singapore, Hong Kong and Macao, negotiated the leases for five stores, and supervised their construction. She was directly responsible for a multi-million dollar operating budget and staffing and management of over 100 employees. She was interviewed by CNBC, TimeAsia, and WWD on the audacity of importing “Made in the US” clothing to China, and my success in this venture.
Previously, Wei was involved in commodities trading information, market research and contract management for an Australian multi-national, and advised an international high-fashion company on marketing strategies, site selection and expansion in Asia.
Wei’s international legal work has included an appointment as “of counsel” to an important US investor-immigration law firm, advising on investment projects and client recruitment; a clinical program on intellectual property for a Chinese legal practice; and my current position as contract attorney for Special Counsel, consulting to Holland and Knight, FTI Consulting and others on international litigation's evaluating Chinese documents and evidence.
Wei has been a widely-followed investigative journalist, a film-maker, published her memoir in New York of growing up in China, and traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the US and Canada.
