Robert is passionate about details. Actually, it’s more like details, data, and digital marketing. In his youth it led him to join the Peace Corps, learn more than a bit of Russian, and build a team of local IT professionals to create an internet commerce portal to increase agricultural trade between the former republics of the Soviet Union. 15 years ago, he combined all three passions to meticulously research every spot in the United States based on climate and cost of living. That project resulted in he, his wife Farida Morris (also a Realtor with Signature Paradise!), and his two daughters moving from Chicago to East Boca Raton Florida before enduring another winter. Thrilled with every aspect of South Florida he designed websites for local realtors until he returned to an executive marketing role – this time supporting independent investors with tools to identify and analyze commercial real estate opportunities.
Robert’s mantra is that details, data, and digital marketing result in peace of mind for both buyers and sellers in either retail or commercial real estate transactions. When listing a home, he works with his clients to determine the top competitive advantages to create a target market for PPC and social media advertising. When helping investors locate a property that meets their requirements, he relies on data mining combined with extensive proforma analysis refined over decades to zero in on the best opportunities.
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Business, Robert spends his free time exploring all that South Florida offers with his wife and daughters.
